Cancellation Policy

♡ CANCELATIONS / NO SHOW POLICY: You must cancel your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled time. If you do not cancel within that time frame, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. No show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. ♡ DEPOSITS: For all full sets, there is a $25 dollar deposit. Deposits will be applied to your final balance. All Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE!! ♡ LATE POLICY: There is a 10 minute grace period for being late to your appointment. After 10 minutes, there will be a $10 late fee. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. ♡ PAYMENT POLICY: We accept -cash -apple pay -Zelle -credit or debit card ♡ FILL POLICY: A fill requires at least 40%-50% of your lash extensions. If you have less than 40%-50% of lashes, you will need to pay for a full set. ♡ DO’s: * Come with CLEAN lashes * Come picture ready ♡ DON’T: * Wear low buns or ponytails * Do not come wearing face moisturizer to your appointment ♡ REFUNDS * There are absolutely NO refunds ♡ RE-BOOKING * I will only allow you to rebook ONCE, after that you will have to book a new appointment with a new deposit.
